
Radisson Seven
Seas Cruises is the largest luxury cruise line, operating and marketing
the six-star, 350-guest ssc Radisson Diamond, and the six-star,
180-guest m/s Song of Flower. The 320-guest, 18,800-ton m/s
Paul Gauguin, entered service in Tahiti and French Polynesia
in 1998 and is the most deluxe cruise ship ever to be based there
year-round. Launched in 1999, the 490-guest m/s Seven Seas Navigator
embarks on exciting journeys for 2000 in Costa Rica and the Panama
Canal, Alaska, Asia and South Pacific, and in 2001 she will sail
South American and European seasons. Set to debut in March 2001,
the 700-guest m/s Seven Seas Mariner will be the first all-suite,
all-balcony ship in the modern cruise era. The 48,000-ton vessel
will offer worldwide itineraries, accommodating her guests in 354
luxurious ocean view suites with private verandahs.
Radisson Seven
Seas Cruises is voted the "World's Best Small Cruise Line" for 2000,
according to readers of Travel & Leisure magazine. The Radisson
Diamond and Song of Flower have been awarded a six-star rating by
Fielding's Worldwide Cruises, 1999. Song of Flower has been voted
"Best Cruise Value" in luxury cruising for eight consecutive years
by Ocean & Cruise News (1992-1999), and the Paul Gauguin has been
given a six-ribbon rating by Stern's Guide to the Cruise Vacation
for 2000. Radisson Seven Seas Cruises was also voted the "World's
Best Cruise Line" for 1995 by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler
magazine.
